WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam@ Taking on a World of Words.
To participate, all you have to do is answer the following questions:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Currently reading:
The Delphi Effect by Rysa Walker. I received this ARC from NetGalley and I was really excited because I enjoyed Walker’s CHRONOS series. I’m a little over halfway through and I’m sad to say I’m not loving it. I still have more to go so I’m hoping it will pick up soon!
Recently finished:
Illuminae by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff. I thought this book was great! You can read my full review here.
Legend by Marie Lu. I adored Legend! I flew through it this weekend. Its been awhile since I enjoyed a good dystopian book. June and Day were both great main characters and I loved the alternating points of view. The next two books are already on their way to my apartment 🙂 I’ll post my full review tomorrow.
What I’ll read next:
Weregirl by C.D. Bell. This is another ARC from NetGalley and I’m hoping I enjoy this! I know the werewolf/vampire craze passed a few years ago but I still enjoy a good supernatural story.
Siege and Storm by Leigh Bardugo. I have this book sitting on my bookshelf and I realized I should probably start reading it soon. I don’t want to wait so long that I forget what happened in Shadow and Bone.
That’s it for me this week! What are you reading? Anything you’re particularly excited about?
I’m sort of reading The Delphi Effect right now, but I’m not really getting that into it, so it makes it real easy to set it aside. I’m glad to see you enjoyed Illuminae! That was such a brilliant book, I feel in love with it when I first read it.
Here’s my post. 🙂

I’m really glad you enjoyed Illuminae. I’m looking forward to the sequel now. Not all that long to go!
I’ve had The Queen of the Tearling on my radar for ages but just haven’t got round to it. I hope you enjoy it.

I hope I enjoy Queen of the Tearling as well! I’ve heard good things, and now that I bought the book I can’t justify buying a new batch of books until I read it.
Thanks for stopping by!

I’m reading The Delphi Effect right now, and I feel the same way! I think I loved the CHRONOS Files so much that I just keep expecting time travel to show up… and it doesn’t. Happy reading! 🙂

Awesome list! I still need to read a Marie Lu book. I have Young Elites on my Kindle and keep forgetting it’s there. You’ve given me a ton of new books to add to my TBR. 🤗

I LOVED Illuminae to pieces! can’t wait for Gemina this fall. I have had a copy of The Queen Of The Tearling on my shelves for toooo long, curious to see wha your thoughts are when you get to it. A ton of bloggers/booktubers have suggested that it’s best in audiobook format but that book is too GORGE to not carry around with me lol 😉
Great WWW!

I haven’t yet ventured into the world of audiobooks.. I just enjoy reading my books too much 🙂 but a lot of bloggers seem to enjoy it when they’re driving/on the go. I agree, it is a gorgeous cover. I can’t wait to start reading it.

I’m only able to listen to audiobooks that don’t require too much attention when I’m multitasking away. However, if I’m just chillin then I can take on a rich Fantasy. I love when audiobooks are narrated by their authors 👍🏼

Ooh! I would definitely love that. I didn’t know authors ever narrated their own books 😊
